For many years before joining this program I was constantly feeling in a rush and planning next steps and tasks in a day. I would find myself being preoccupied in my own thoughts and letting things go pass by me without even realising that they were part of my daily life. For example, I wouldn’t notice birds chirping while I was taking my boys to breakfast club. Now instead, while on the same journey I hear birds and actively engage my boys to listen as well. Our mornings feel much better now. I learned many techniques on this program, and they help me in day to day life. I still use many of them on daily basis. They made me feel more present and conscious. Now, when I reflect on my day I can remember many small things like taste , smell , breeze , warmth of my jumper, softens of my children skin when they hug me etc. Joining this program made me aware how safe and calm I can feel in my own body. My reasting heart rate improved and I proudly can say that I never slept better . I really enjoyed Sarah’s approach. Always very structured and at the same time very open and caring . What a great listener. She gives enough time for all group exercise with a good eye contact. Her voice is soothing and healing at the same time.
