What’s this?

90-minute personalised 121 sessions, with Sarah, aimed at anyone who wants to learn tools and techniques to cope with stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, or general feelings of being overwhelmed or dissatisfied. The Breathing Space 121s are confidential, skills-based training sessions to strengthen self-awareness, resilience, clarity in decision-making and coping mechanisms for highly pressurized roles, or to cope with the day to day stress of life; using mindfulness, meditation and cognitive behavioural techniques. It’s not therapy, we won’t delve into your deepest secrets but you will deeply connect to your own thoughts, feelings and behaviours, to support positive wellbeing in a fairly intense and uncertain world.
