The eight-week Mindfulness For Life programme offers practical training and tools that are proven to reduce stress, burnout anxiety and depression. 8 X weekly sessions, 2 hours per week. You’ll learn mindfulness tools and techniques to practice when you’re feeling stressed, or overwhelmed, to help you cope and better manage stress. Over time, forming new habits that support positive wellbeing. £250pp, minimum group of 6, max 18.

Practice how to recognise your thinking and emotional patterns, learn skillful responses to these, to help you self-sooth, reduce stress and appreciate the good in day-to-day life. 

The course includes skills-based training, mindfulness techniques and some guided meditation. As well as coaching to support new habits.

What happens during sessions?

You can expect a safe group environment to practice mindfulness and meditation techniques that will help you to gain greater clarity of how you think, feel and behave. There’s light theory to inform you, practical individual and group exercises to support you, and weekly activities and home practice to build new habits.

You can expect a safe group environment to practice mindfulness and meditation techniques that will help you to gain greater clarity of how you think, feel and behave. There’s light theory to inform you, practical individual and group exercises to support you, and weekly activities and home practice to build new habits. 

The programme is delivered virtually and is held out of typical office hours so you can be in a home environment with privacy for some of the practical exercises. Group sizes vary between 6-16 people.

The course also includes a silent retreat to build on everything you learn, as well as access to lots of materials for you to practice within your own time.

What’s the cost?

£250 per person, to include eight, 2 hourly skills sessions, plus an half day silent skills retreat. Delivered virtually. Group size, minimum 6, maximum 18.
