Who’s it for?

For individuals

People join the eight-week Mindfulness For Life programme for many different reasons:

  • Stress reduction (maybe relationship difficulties, divorce, stress or burnout at work)
  • Support with general dissatisfaction, feeling ‘meh,’ or low mood in the day to day
  • Experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety or depression
  • Desire for change – to strengthen resilience, and positive wellbeing
  • R&R, taking much-needed “me time” when you’re pulled in all directions
  • Strengthening empathy and self-compassion.

Each eight-week programme is delivered virtually, 2 hours per week. The cost is £250 per person for 6-16 people in a group. This includes a virtual retreat. Or I offer 90 minute 121 sessions, at £90 per session. info@openspace.academy

I offer two free places on each eight-week programme for those who join the Open Space Community Group on LinkedIn and who are currently out of work.

The Mindful Leader programme for businesses, strengthens the wellbeing and resilience of your leadership and management teams:

  • Reducing stress, or risk of burnout for leaders and managers 
  • Helping leaders to regulate/navigate emotions under pressure
  • Building self awareness and habits for resilience
  • Cope better with ambiguity and change.

The Mindful Leader programme is 6 weeks long, 50 mins a week, virtually, for up to 18 people virtually. Suited for senior leaders and line managers. £4,000 per programme.

Mindful Leaders Space: 60-90 minute 121s, aimed at building resilience and self awareness in your senior leadership teams, and reducing stress and burnout. Helping form new habits for positive work-life balance and high performance.
