People join the eight-week Mindfulness For Life programme for many different reasons:
- Stress reduction (maybe relationship difficulties, divorce, stress or burnout at work)
- Support with general dissatisfaction, feeling ‘meh,’ or low mood in the day to day
- Experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety or depression
- Desire for change – to strengthen resilience, and positive wellbeing
- R&R, taking much-needed “me time” when you’re pulled in all directions
- Strengthening empathy and self-compassion.
Each eight-week programme is delivered virtually, 2 hours per week. The cost is £250 per person for 6-16 people in a group. This includes a virtual retreat. Or I offer 90 minute 121 sessions, at £90 per session. info@openspace.academy
