Sarah Bohn, your retreat host

Your Host

Sarah Bohn

Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) Practitioner. Without the tie dye and gongs.

I'm used to working in corporate and leadership settings, but I prefer to focus on being human rather than job titles. My retreats blend MBCT, psychology, neuroscience and self-leadership in a way that's informal, credible and practical.

I've supported thousands of people with their wellbeing and personal development. What matters most to me is creating a space where you can breathe and reconnect, without pressure.

A note from me

"I'd genuinely love to see people come who are sceptical about this sort of thing. You don't need any experience. You can join sessions, read a book, go for a walk, whatever feels right. The retreat is genuinely a space for you. No exam conditions or forced fun."

This weekend is for solos, couples, friends, men, women. All people, 18+.

Sadly no dogs, cats, tortoises.
